These are the rules for shared hosting offered by DolceHost. In order to assure a perfect functioning of the systems, we need to set a few rules.

The Terms of Use
DolceHost offers web hosting services to people all over the world. Our responsability is to protect every client and to present the best possible service. The following standards have been compiled in order to offer high quality web hosting.
Please read carefully before ordering or using DolceHost services.
Using DolceHost
The agreement of using DolceHost services is separate for every customer. Please make sure that you fully agree this contract before using our services. All our services may only be used with legal background only. Holding, trasmitting or publishing any information that disobey the laws of a cerain State is strictly forbidden. The customer is fully responsible of the way he uses the service. Adult content is permitted only under strict rules. The customer should announce us at support [at] dolcehost.com of his intention. All the models and actors that may appear on the website must have the legal age. DolceHost will not tolerate any spam or copyright issues.
Using the resources
If the administrating team considers that an account uses an unacceptable quantity of resources, DolceHost may temporarily suspend the account under question. If this situation is reached. DolceHost will send a prenotice to the account holder. He will have to either fix the issue for find another webhosting service in 3 days. These cases are extremly rare.
Chat rooms and Background applications
We do not allow our clients to use chatting rooms or background applications such as bots, daemons and monitors. These features tend to use a high percentage of the system resources, which could affect the other accounts. However, you may use any pre-installed script that comes with Fantastico.
Notion of Unlimited
By the notion of “unlimited” we reffer to the fact that we are not keeping any track of you statistics. You may have as much webhosting, traffic, emails, scripts, MySQL databases or domains you want (where permitted or specified as “unlimited”). It is not limited in any way except for the technical possibilities which we gurantee not to be a problem.
Back-up
The client is fully responsible for making back-ups of his hosted files. DolceHost cannot be made responsible under any circumstances for not guaranteeing any the clients’ back-up and does not offer any compensation in case of data loss. It is always recommended that you make regular back-up.
Support abuse
Here at DolceHost we treat our clients with the utmost respect. In exchange we expect to be treated in the same way. If our personnel considers that you have a rude and threatening attitude, we have the full right to suspend for a limited time, or to ban your account without emitting any compensation. DolceHost is the only part which will have the right to decide this matter.
Cron Jobs
We know that many webhosting services do not allow Cron jobs but we do. Here at DolceHost you may install or use Cron jobs from the Cron section in your Control Panel.
IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
We do not allow IRC or IRC bots on our servers. Any account that ignores this rule will immediately have its account deleted without receiving any compensation.
Server Abuse
Any attempt to cause damages to DolceHost servers or its clients is strictly forbidden. Your account will be deleted without any pre-notice or refund and we will take all the legal measures to bring you in front of justice if necessary.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money back gurantee for all hosting packages. ATTENTION ! We will not refund you if you have used the the 3 trial days. Refunds are possible only for accounts that have been bought without any trial. No refund is offered for the domain names. We equivalate the price of .com/.net/.org domains at $10 each.
Uptime
We gurantee a minimum uptime of 99,8%. However we are not responsibile of downtimes caused by nature, terrorism, acts of God, sabotages or 3rd parties’ poor services.
Conclusion
Any client of DolceHost must follow these rules. DolceHost has the right to suspend, ban, delete any account if the action is required for the best of our clients. We may send you a pre-notice of our action or a warning if we consider it is right to do so, but there is no gurantee of this fact.
